Structural modeling: Our company produces three-phase three-column amorphous alloy dry-type transformer, which inherits the advantages of cast-type dry change, with more reasonable structure and more reliable performance.

Low loss: The product no-load loss is equivalent to 40% of SCB10 type products, excellent energy saving effect, economical operation and maintenance-free.

Low noise: The noise level of the product is 10-15 dB lower than the current professional standard JB/T10088-2016 "6-220KV transformer sound level".

Low partial discharge: The resin mixture adopts advanced foreign stirring method and vacuum film degassing technology to make the mixture evenly stirred, completely eliminating the bubbles in the mixture. The product has only a very low partial discharge and can be controlled below 5PC. Both the high and low voltage coils are cast under vacuum and pressure, so that the resin insulation has both full encapsulation and interlayer leaching. The cast body has a dense solidified structure, which is flame retardant, explosion-proof and does not pollute the environment.

The insulating material such as glass fiber wound around the coil has self-extinguishing characteristics, and does not generate an arc due to a short circuit, and the resin does not generate toxic and harmful gas under high heat.

High mechanical strength: The resin with filler makes the difference of expansion coefficient in the casting body small, the curing shrinkage rate is small, the internal stress is small, and the hardness of the cured product is high. It is placed in the epoxy resin encapsulation layer on the inner and outer surfaces of the high and low voltage coils. The pre-formed reinforcing material has a dense structure like reinforced concrete, so the mechanical strength is greater than that of pure epoxy resin, and it can withstand sudden short-circuit electric power without damage.
