Cooling method:

Dry-type transformer cooling methods are divided into natural air cooling (AN) and forced air cooling (AF). When naturally air cooled, the transformer can run continuously for a long time under rated capacity. When forced air cooling, the transformer output capacity can be increased by 50%. It is suitable for intermittent overload operation or emergency accident overload operation; due to overload and load voltage increase during overload, it is in non-economic operation state, so it should not be in continuous continuous overload operation.


Installation Steps:

1. The cooling fan is generally installed next to the lower clamp of the dry-type transformer, and the cold air under and outside is blown into the coil of the dry-type transformer, so that the dry-type transformer can be fully cooled. According to the outlet angle of the cooling fan (about 135° from the horizontal angle) and the position of the air outlet, the wind energy of the fan can enter the air passage between the high and low voltage coils of the dry transformer most smoothly, so that the heat dissipation effect can be achieved. optimal.

2. The cooling fan is generally installed with a lower foot support type. The installation method is to make the frame into a frame and fix it on the clip or the foot, and then install the fan on the frame. In order to reduce the vibration of the fan, a rubber block should be placed under the foot when installing.

3. In order not to affect the air volume of the cooling fan, the air inlet (referring to the outer side) should be kept at a certain distance from the closed obstacle (generally not less than 10cm) during installation, so that the air inlet of the fan is smooth, it is recommended to be near the air inlet of the fan. The outer casing should be provided with ventilation holes.
