Hydraulic system:

This machine tool is a full electro-hydraulic servo synchronous CNC bending machine, which adopts the world's most advanced electro-hydraulic servo system manufactured by BOSCH company in Germany. The hydraulic power unit is compact in structure and easy to install. It adopts the hydraulic integrated valve block, which limits the number of oil channels and joints to a minimum, so that the reliability and safety can be guaranteed.


Mechanical System:

Control System:

The light shelf ruler is connected to the workbench, so that the working deformation of the wall board will not affect the positioning accuracy of the slider. The position data feed back to the numerical control system, which can calculate the servo valve control signal (s1-s2)

5. In the single-step bending, the user only needs to input the relevant parameters of the folded plate into the system, and the system can automatically calculate the pressure required for bending and give control.

6. When the user needs to bend a workpiece in multiple steps, the program can be input into the system only according to the required bending size, and the system can continuously bend the workpiece.

7. The numerical control system can freely scale the external dimensions of the machine tool, mold and workpiece in a graphical manner by a ratio of 1:1:1. The system simulates the bending of the programmed program so that the workpiece is in the process of bending. Conduct a full range of collision detection and give tips to eliminate waste.
