Introduction:

Transformer Bushing (Used for  Oil-Immersed Transformer) is transformer internal high and low pressure lead to external tank insulation casing, not only as a lead of insulation, and assuming the role of fixed wire, transformer bushing is one of the transformer load flow components, in transformer operation, through the load current for a long time, when external short-circuited transformer through the short circuit current. Therefore, the transformer bushing has the following requirements:

2. must have good thermal stability, and can withstand the short circuit of the instantaneous overheating.

Structure:

Transformer Bushing (Used for  Oil-Immersed Transformer) is mainly composed of capacitor core, oil pillow, flange and upper and lower porcelain bushing. The main insulation is capacitor core, which is made of concentric capacitor in series. It is enclosed in a sealed container composed of upper and lower porcelain bushing, oil pillow, flange and base.The contact surface between the main components of the casing is lined with oil-resistant rubber gaskets, and each component is fully sealed inside the casing through the central compression force exerted by a set of powerful springs set in the oil storage tank.The flange is equipped with a drain plug, oil taking device, measuring sleeve dielectric loss (tan) and partial discharge (partial discharge) device.When running, the outer cover of the measuring device must be covered to ensure that the final screen is grounded and no open circuit is allowed.
